The tour began in the production workshop, where the delegation walked the complete line — from cell sorting, module assembly and busbar welding through wiring, insulation, BMS integration and final pack assembly. They observed the working standards and process controls applied at each station, spoke with our engineers about specific assembly details, and expressed their recognition of the standardisation and on-site management of our production line.

Reviewing Quality-Inspection Equipment and Pre-Shipment Testing

In the quality-control section, the delegation focused on our incoming, in-process and pre-shipment inspection procedures and reviewed the associated testing equipment. Our team explained how cell consistency is controlled, how the electrical performance of each assembled pack is verified, and which tests every pack undergoes before shipment. The client recognised our practice of testing each pack individually prior to dispatch.

Exchange on Market Demand and End-Use Applications

During the visit, the two sides held in-depth discussions on market demand and end-use applications for electric tricycle batteries in Pakistan. Drawing on their operational experience, the client shared the performance priorities and practical pain points that matter most to end users, while our team presented the characteristics of the LiFePO4 system in terms of cycle life, safety and temperature adaptability, together with the corresponding product solutions. The two sides reached an initial consensus on the direction for future product matching.

Following the factory inspection and requirements review, the client expressed recognition of Weleap’s production capability, workmanship and quality control, and reached agreement with our team on an initial cooperation plan — placing an immediate order for 100 LiFePO4 battery packs. The batteries will serve the local electric tricycle market in Pakistan.
